1. Overview

At WoodVanta, we take pride in delivering high-quality thermo wood products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help within the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

Retail products may be eligible for return if:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • Products are returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returned items must not be installed, modified, or damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Installed products

  • Custom-cut or custom-made items

  • Bulk / pallet / wholesale orders

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special order products

Due to the nature of wood materials, variations in grain, tone, and texture are not considered defects.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage

  3. Include your order number

We will review and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (if applicable)

WoodVanta reserves the right to inspect claims before approval.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email: info@woodvanta.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Wholesale & Contractor Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale, unless:

  • There is verified shipping damage

  • The product is defective

Due to logistics and freight costs, bulk returns are not accepted without prior written agreement.

8. Order Cancellations

Retail orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped.

Bulk and custom orders cannot be canceled once production or preparation has begun.

9. Natural Wood Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material. Variations in:

  • Color

  • Grain pattern

  • Texture

  • Slight dimensional movement

are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.
