  • Retail orders: 2–5 business days

  • Bulk / Wholesale orders: 5–10 business days

  • Custom orders: Processing time will be confirmed upon order

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on location and order size.

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Freight shipments for large or bulk orders may require additional transit time.

⚠ Bulk and contractor orders typically ship via freight. Final shipping costs will be confirmed before dispatch.


5. Free Shipping (Optional Section – Use If Applicable)

Free shipping may be offered on select retail orders or promotional campaigns. Conditions will be clearly stated at checkout.


6. Freight & Bulk Orders

For contractor, developer, and wholesale orders:

  • Shipping is quoted separately

  • Liftgate service available upon request

  • Delivery appointments may be required

Our team will coordinate logistics directly with you.


7. International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Shipping delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control


8. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately

  2. Note damage with the carrier (if applicable)

  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
